What we are looking for:
   -  Proven experience on sow and/or finisher farm(s) as a farm manager
   -  Hands-on manager with good teaching skills
   -  No nine-to-five mentality
   -  Good English and/or German language skills. Other languages are a plus.
   -  Willingness to travel abroad
   -  Willingness to move to another country for a longer period
